4 Individual Coaching Sessions

1-hour, one-on-one coaching sessions with practical and customised individual action plans

4 Group Table-Top exercises

2-hour activity  where participants,  are tasked with generating solutions, ideas, and best practices .

1 Experiential Learning Activity

3-hour experiential team activity with various leadership learning outcomes
