Experiential Learning

Kratis invests a lot of time in the design and development of various indoor and outdoor experiential learning activities. Each activity has different characteristics and offers different benefits to the organization. Each activity is based on specific learning objectives and challenges and they include a thorough debriefing session at the end of each sessions. All the activities can be used as a part of a broader training program.

The En Route Experience

En route offers a unique team-building adventure where participants explore different city locations and tackle puzzles along the way. Equipped with a kit of tools and clues, teams work together to navigate through the city, solve challenges, while competing with other teams.

The Mouflon Story

The Mouflon Story is an interactive (indoors) experience following a football team’s story. During this experience the participants are asked to cooperate and solve complicated quizzes and riddles. This workshop aims to demonstrate the power of various behaviours and attitudes in the work environment, and their role in everyday performance.

The Production Game

This workshop aims to indicate how human factors affect human performance at work. The workshop concentrates on some topics of human factors through the simulation game of an aviation manufacturing company. It is designed to include a fun, team-building exercise that enhances the relationships of the participants.

The Sonoran Desert

It is 10 a.m., middle of August, and you have just experienced an emergency landing with a small aircraft in the California / Arizona Sonoran desert, south-west of the US, not too far from Mexico. The light two-motor plane is totally burnt out. Only the fuselage is left. Everybody is gathered at the wreckage, fortunately unharmed.

The cooking game is an interactive experience of a restaurant's operation. The participants are asked to cooperate and prepare a set of recipes according to the external client's needs. This workshop aims to indicate how human factors affect human performance at work. It is designed to include a fun, team-building cooking exercise which enhances the relationships of the participants.

The Bomb Game

The bomb game is an interactive experience about a bomb squad team trying to defuse an active bomb by solving complicated puzzles and, of course by communicating effectively. This game aims to highlight the importance of various behaviours and skills that are related to effective communication.
