Our activities

Kratis Leadership Development Program is a revolutionary new concept in leadership development, designed for individuals who are new to leadership roles or looking to enhance their leadership skills and capabilities. Our program offers a comprehensive learning experience, covering various topics (more than 45 hours) relevant to junior and middle-level leaders with a focus on continuous learning.

Kratis has been participating in various European Union research projects since our very beginning in 2005. Our involvement in such projects has helped us a lot in expanding our knowledge in the subjects that we are involved in and we are always open in considering new revolutionary ideas.

An annual conference organized by Kratis, with the main objective being the improvement of Patient’s Safety in the Health Care industry.

Expressit. Podcast is a podcast that invites professionals from various industries to discuss the hottest topics related to organizational behaviour and human factor. The podcast is hosted by two of Kratis professionals, Vassos Lappa and Solonas Demosthenous.

After Work Sessions are 2 – hour workshops in a casual environment with wine and cheese, organized monthly at our premises.

Aviation Open Day is a one-day event dedicated to the challenges of Aviation, with professionals from around the world, sharing their professional stories. Organized annually.
