Safety Culture is undoubtedly, an integral part of a Safety Management System of an Organization. Safety Culture Surveys allow you to identify your existing Safety Culture’s strengths and weaknesses. In other words, Safety Culture surveys are used to provide a “snapshot” of the workforce’s attitudes and perceptions about safety to help identify what is working well, and what is not working as intended.

Obtaining the views of the workforce, pinpointing areas of concern and observing long-term trends, help to unlock critical business information which, in turn, helps to improve the overall Safety Culture of the Organization.
